Hello again! Well now, it's really been ages since Intoxicated Designs has been publicly seen. Eh, there's a bit of an explanation for that. Along with that, there's a crap load of things that have been changed and things that still need to be worked on for Intoxicated Designs, so I really do thank you and beg for your continued patience. It's a long process, especially with work and my other websites so, I greatly apologize. I'm sort of trying my best while giving myself a bit of relaxation time as well.

Now then, first things first, you'll notice a brand spankin' new layout here on Intoxicated Designs! In all honesty, I'm not much of a RikuSora fan, but I figured I'd give it a whirl anyway. Also, I totally suck with green so be kind at my horrid use of this color.

To batch a few other new items, you'll notice you can access the site with the .php extensions or without it. I've been working with mod_rewrite for about two months now and this was as good as I could get it. I'll continue working on that bit till you can't access it with the file extensions at all. Along with the directory type navigating, I'm currently building the news system from scratch...which would explain why the commenting system currently DOES NOT work. Considering the fact that I've been developing this script on and off for about two weeks, this is pretty good progress. And yes, the site is open before the script is complete because I'll probably never finish it otherwise. It took me about four hours today just to get the tagging system to work properly so, again, thanks for your patience.

Finally, onto what you're all really interested in... First, I've pruned a few premades, icons and wallpapers but to make up for that, I bring you all 30+ icons and 1 new design. You'll notice that some of the contest entries are up and available for downloads as well. If the creators of those premades would rather not have their designs on Intoxicated, please contact me and let me know. I'm more than willing to remove them. It's not exactly a lot of new content, but I'm still working on completing 2 more premades and plan to have at least one new wallpaper soon.

In other news, I am sad to see Frozen Rain go as a design site, but it's still online as a lovely journal. Not only that, Vicky's beautiful new portfolio is simply gorgeous. And because of that (as well as being dropped by a few affiliates when I initially closed back in November 2008), affiliation is now open again. I'll be accepting anywhere between 2-6 new affiliates. The links out have also been cleaned up.

Well now, that was quite the lengthy post. I'll try to work at the fastest pace I possibly can, so many, many thanks to you all for your continued support.
